About Ibstock plc
Ibstock PLC manufactures clay bricks and concrete products with operations in the UK and the United States.
Their products are manufactured and distributed by Ibstock Brick, Supreme Concrete, and Forticrete in the UK, and Glen-Gery in the United States.
80% of new build homes in the UK use Ibstock Brick-brand bricks. Glen-Gery is a major regional brickmaker in the US, and Supreme and Forticrete also hold strong positions in their respective markets. Subsidiary operations include Ibstock-Kevington and Anderton Concrete.
The businesses are major manufacturers of products for the new build housing and domestic repair, maintenance and improvement markets (RMI).

The Ibstock plc Board has recommended a final dividend of 3.6p per share (2022: 5.5p), for payment on 31 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 10 May 2024. This will bring the full year dividend to 7.0p (2022: 8.8p), a pay-out of 50% of adjusted basic earnings per share, consistent with their stated capital allocation framework.

Ibstock Board is to recommend a final dividend of 5.5p per share (2021: 5.0p), for payment on 12 May 2023 to shareholders on the register on 21 April 2023. This will bring the full year dividend to 8.8p per share (2021: 7.5p), an increase of 17%. In recommending this level of dividend, the Board remains mindful of its objective to deliver a sustainable and progressive ordinary dividend over time.
