Rexam (REX)
Rexam is one of the world’s top five consumer packaging companies. Rexam is also the biggest beverage can producer. The group also makes caps for bottlenecks and powder boxes, lipstick tubes, or sprays. Rexam has benefited from rising demand for fizzy drinks and beer.
Rexam dividends
Rexam cut the dividend deeply in 2009 but are on track to resume pre-recession dividend payouts soon. Analysts are expecting ongoing dividend improvements in the next couple of years and with good dividend cover it's clear why.
