Informa Plc recommends a final dividend of 12.2pence per share
The Informa Plc Board has recommended a final dividend of 12.2p per share for FY23 (2022: 6.8p per share). The final dividend is scheduled to be paid on 12 July 2024 to ordinary shareholders registered at the close of business on 6 June 2024. This will result in total dividends for the year of 18.0p per share (2022: 9.8p per share). The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) will be available for the final dividend and the last date for receipt of elections for the DRIP will be 20 June 2024.
Informa Plc announce an interim dividend of 5.8p per share
The Informa Plc Group resumed dividend payments in 2022 based on a payout ratio of a minimum of 40% of full year adjusted earnings from continuing operations. The Group will look to continue to grow dividends in line with this approach, striking a balance between rewarding shareholders and retaining the financial strength and flexibility to reinvest in the business and pursue growth opportunities.
Informa Plc Board has Proposed a Final Dividend of 6.8p per Share
Following the temporary suspension of dividend payments as part of the Group's response to the pandemic, the Group has resumed ordinary dividend payments. An interim dividend of 3.0p per share (2021: nil pence per share) was paid on 9 September 2022. The total amount paid was £43.3m (2021: £nil).
