Derwent London announce a first half dividend of 24.5p, up 2.1% from 24.0p
Derwent London Plc have increased their interim dividend by 2.1% to 24.5p per share from 24.0p last year. It will be paid as a PID on 13 October 2023 to shareholders on the register as at 8 September 2023.
Derwent London announce a full year dividend of 78.5p, up 2.6% from 76.5p
The Derwent London board is recommending a 1.0p per share or 1.9% increase in the final dividend to 54.5p. It will be paid in June 2023 with 38.5p as a PID and the balance of 16.0p as a conventional dividend.
Derwent London announce interim dividend raised 4.3% to 24.0p from 23.0p
Derwent London plc announce an 4.3% increase in the interim dividend proposed, taking it to 24.0p per share from 23.0p last year. It will be paid as a PID on 14 October 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 9 September 2022.
Derwent London Plc is recommending a final dividend of 53.5p per share
The Derwent London Plc board is recommending a 1.05p per share or 2.0% increase in the final dividend to 53.5p. This will be paid in June 2022 with 35.5p as a PID and the balance of 18.0p as a conventional dividend.
Derwent London PLC announce an interim dividend raised 4.5% to 23.0p from 22.0p
The Derwent London dividend remains well covered by EPRA earnings and their policy of a sustainable and progressive dividend is unchanged. With these improved results, they will be raising the interim dividend payable for 2021 by 4.5% to 23.0p per share, all of which will be paid as a Property Income Distribution on 15 October 2021 to shareholders on the register as at 10 September 2021.
Derwent London have proposed a final dividend raised 1.9% to 52.45p
Derwent London dividends declared in relation to 2019 earnings were 1.4 times covered by EPRA earnings and therefore, though EPRA earnings have dropped by 3.6% this year, they have been able to recommend a 1p per share increase in the final dividend for 2020 to 52.45p.
Derwent London announces an interim dividend raised 4.8% to 22.0p per share from 21.0p in 2019
Derwent London’s dividend has remained well covered by EPRA earnings in recent years and they assume the value to their shareholders of a consistent and sustainable dividend policy. They are also aware of the risks facing their tenant base, the potential impact upon their earnings and the importance of maintaining demonstrable liquidity and a strong financial position. Their rental income will be helped in H2 2020 by 80 Charlotte Street and they have further trading property sales of apartments either exchanged or under offer at Asta House. Taking all these things into account,they have raised the 2020 interim dividend by 4.8% to 22.0p per share, all to be paid as a PID on 16 October 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 11 September 2020.
Derwent London have announced a proposed final dividend raised 10.1% to 51.45p per share from 46.75p in 2018
The Derwent London dividend cover remains strong and, with 80 Charlotte Street due to reach practical completion shortly, they have good visibility in relation to rental growth through 2020. They have also considered their capital expenditure commitments in the context of the increased level of available facilities as well as their obligations to other stakeholders; in particular, their pension fund liabilities are not material. Together with the earnings uplift seen in 2019, they have therefore been able to propose another increase of 10% in the final dividend per share, taking it to 51.45p. This will be paid in June 2020 with 34.45p to be paid as a PID and the balance of 17.00p as a conventional dividend. They will again be offering a scrip dividend alternative for those shareholders who wish to receive shares rather than cash.
