Go-Ahead Group (GOG)
Go-Ahead provides integrated public transport through bus operations and commuter train services. It also provides aviation ground handling services following a number of acquisitions. Go-Ahead has approximately 6% of the entire UK public transport market.

Go-Ahead is committed to delivering shareholder value through its dividend policy.
We measure our dividend cover (adjusted earnings per share divided by dividend per share) to assess how much of our profits we can pay out as a dividend. Our overall aim is for dividend cover to average 2x adjusted earnings per share through the economic cycle.
We recognise that our dividend policy is a key part of the investment decision for many shareholders. Maintaining the amount of dividend per share through the economic cycle, including those times when earnings may reduce, is a high priority for us and is supported by our strong balance sheet and cash generation.
